Is the Free plan really free forever?▾
Yes. No time limit, no credit card. You get 1 trainer, 10 learners, and 100 AI credits every month - always. Most teams hit the 10-learner ceiling in week 2-4 and upgrade naturally.
How are AI credits priced?▾
Credits are $1 per 100 - that's our only AI pricing. 100 credits = 3 complete course builds OR 100 minutes of AI roleplay. Purchased credits never expire. Plan-included credits reset monthly.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?▾
You'll see a clean prompt to add more - extra learners are $1/mo each, extra trainers are $15/mo each, extra credits are $1 per 100. No surprise charges, no auto-upgrades to a more expensive tier.
Do you offer volume discounts?▾
Yes. Over 500 learners drops to $0.85/seat. Over 1,000 learners drops to $0.70/seat. Trainer seats are never discounted - they're already the best-value seat in the market.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?▾
Yes, at any renewal. Annual billing is 2 months free (a 17% saving). Cancel anytime - we'll refund the unused portion pro-rata.
How does AI Avatar Video pricing work?▾
Video is a separate add-on at $9 per 10 minutes of generated video. It's not included in the credit system because video rendering is expensive. Available on all plans.
What if I need SSO or HRIS integration?▾
Those are Enterprise-only features. SSO (Okta, Google, Azure), HRIS sync (Workday, BambooHR), white-label academy, and 99.9% SLA come with the Enterprise plan. Book a demo to get a quote.
What's included in Enterprise?▾
Everything in Starter, plus: custom trainer + learner allowances, custom AI credit pool, SSO + HRIS, white-label academy, dedicated CSM, 99.9% SLA, custom AI persona tuning, and on-prem deployment option. Typical contracts: $8K–$50K/year.
Are Enterprise features configurable based on my deal?▾
Yes. Every Enterprise feature - trainer and learner counts, AI credit pool size, SSO providers, HRIS integrations, white-label scope, SLA tier, deployment model (cloud, private cloud, or on-prem) - is configurable based on the type of deal. Do credits roll over?▾
Plan-included credits reset monthly (no rollover). Purchased top-up credits never expire. This way, you can buy in bulk and use them whenever.
